THE SUB by Krups – Draught Beer Dispenser
Is this as good as the Philips Perfect Draught Beer Dispenser? In our opinion, not quite but we’d hope not considering it is priced well under half the aforementioned. But don’t get us wrong, it wouldn’t even be on Man Deals if it wasn’t good. And it is good:
It pours excellent draught beer, on tap, at home. Ensure you cool the Torps (kegs) in the fridge well in advance.
Chills beer to 2°C (fridge cold is 6°C) so nice and cold.
Grey lacquer casing, with a shade of blue but also comes in red, black, white, or a Heineken branded version (it’s a bit more expensive.)
2 litre TORP beer kegs capacity
Dimensions: 45.5 x 23.5 x 33.5 cm
TORP kegs available include Amstel, Heineken, Tiger, Gosser, Cruzcampo, Moretti, Strongbow, Desperados and others. Plenty to choose from.
We’ve got the white one (see pics) and love it.
Another option we like is the Krups BeerTender, so do check it out.
