The DTX Fitness Adjustable Preacher Curl Bench not only comes with adjustable knobs, but an arm rest pad with 7 adjustment levels as well as a barbell rack with 6 adjustment levels. So, whatever sized bloke you are, you’re sure to be able to wrap your arms around this one.  The sturdy grey alloy steel construction is easy to put together, though you’ll need your own tools to do it. This might be annoying given the lack of info on just what tools you’d need, but we’re sure they’re the usual type, plus it brings the price down compared to other benches.

The bench has comfy padded cushions for your cheeks, supporting a maximum of 120kg, and can support a barbell rack of up to 150kg.
